Tera Dermatology Clinic (Gangnam)

I've been a dermatology-clinic nomad for over 10 years. I've had pretty much every treatment there is — Rejuran, Potenza, exosomes, Botox — and since I don't handle pain well, I've had sleep anesthesia many times too. But this time, for the first time, I felt how comfortable it could be even without sleep anesthesia. 1. Treatment skill First off, the director's hands are amazing. During the treatment I kept thinking to myself, "Is the director maybe ambidextrous...?" He treats with one hand while carefully guiding the other with an LDM device to help the medication absorb well — I really felt like this must be the touch of a true master. It was like watching him conduct an orchestra solo on my skin. And the most important part — It doesn't hurt. Every time he'd say "just a little pinch~" and I kept thinking "where...?" Because he did both nerve block and breathing-based anesthesia together, it ended up far more comfortable than I had feared. As someone who's terrified of painful treatments, this was truly moving. 2. A pleasant environment The clinic atmosphere was also great. With aromatherapy, a private single-room resting space, and an overall private, pleasant feel, it felt less like a dermatology clinic and more like a high-end aesthetic spa. Everyone knows single rooms at a clinic are usually expensive. But here I just went in for a treatment and came out feeling like I'd gotten VIP treatment. It felt like not just my skin but my mind was cared for too. 3. Kind staff The staff were also really kind. They double-checked what I wanted and what I was worried about, and I could feel them trying to accommodate me as much as possible. And best of all, there was no pushing of treatments. Sometimes at dermatology clinics you go for a consultation and before you know it the quote has gone through the roof, but there was none of that pressure here. It was an atmosphere where I could consult comfortably and decide comfortably. 4. Confirming genuine products and correct dosage Before treatment, they carefully confirmed the products were genuine and the dosage was correct, which built trust. For dermatology treatments, effectiveness matters, but I also think it's really important to know exactly what product and how much I'm receiving. They made sure to confirm that clearly, so I could receive treatment with peace of mind. In summary, great treatment skill, no pain, pleasant space, kind staff, and reliable confirmation of genuine products and dosage. After wandering as a dermatology-clinic nomad for over 10 years, I'm finally settling down here. Writing this review because I'm so satisfied.

I got BBL and CO2 (mole removal) and 4cc of Rejuran Healer at Thera Dermatology~ I originally only planned to get the mole removed and the Rejuran Healer, but after the EVE photo and listening to the director's explanation about the areas I usually worried about, I added BBL too. As I was thinking I should start getting skin care before my wedding, I found this dermatology clinic! At factory-style clinics I'd only had jaw botox and hair removal, but I wanted hands-on treatments done by a specialist so I searched around a lot and found this place....it's genuinely amazing (Positive) ✨When I explained my concerns, Dr. Hyun Dong-ju immediately told me what treatment I needed, and honestly told me when something wouldn't work, which was the best. The consultation manager never pushed any treatments either, and the therapists were super good, I loved it! I'm going to book 2 more sessions! Everyone go to Thera!!!!!!!! I went to Thera Dermatology looking for a board-certified dermatologist for laser treatment for acne pigmentation!! I chose it because it's right in front of Gangnam Station — the facilities are great and everyone is so kind ㅠㅠ They took photos of my face with a skin analysis device to check my skin condition in detail, applied numbing cream comfortably in a private single treatment room, and the view from the treatment room even helped ease my nerves... The director is so meticulous and sweet🤭 After it was finished I even got soothing care as a service, very satisfied~~…

I have dermatitis and problematic skin in various ways, but they tailor the care to my skin First of all the therapist is so so so good ㅠㅠ I'm a VVIP at this clinic and she's really skilled Also they said they can do customized lifting even for problematic skin so I'm going to try it, highly recommend~!!
