I’ve visited this massage shop multiple times over the years, and my experiences have been mixed. When experienced therapists like Pearl are available, they really know how to target sore spots, and I’ve left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The shop itself has a clean, modern interior, and the staff are generally friendly and attentive. However, I’ve noticed inconsistencies with newer or less experienced therapists who tend to rely on force rather than technique, which can feel uncomfortable or even painful in sensitive areas like the lower back. Some operational issues, like broken water dispensers and a sense that management is sometimes absent, also detract from the experience. Despite these occasional drawbacks, when the right therapist is on duty, the massages are highly effective, especially for chronic shoulder or back tension. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting if you can time your session with skilled therapists, but there’s a bit of uncertainty compared to other consistently professional spas.

I visited Jeju City Hall 24-Hour Body Aroma, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. It was convenient that it's available even late at night, and the shop atmosphere was quiet and clean so I could relax comfortably. The staff guided me kindly too, so even as a first-time visitor I could use it without any burden. The massage was also done meticulously, so the fatigue built up over the day felt much relieved. Overall, it was a time I could properly heal in a comfortable atmosphere, and it's a place I'd like to revisit when I'm tired.
