Waxing Lab Men's Waxing Itaewon

A place I've been going to for years since I first visited after seeing it in Esquire magazine as a men's-only shop in Seoul. I've tried other places in between, but there's no place like here. Kind and cozy. Recommend.

Since it was my first time, worries came first—would it hurt a lot, would I get bored during the procedure—but the owner did it well so it didn't hurt much, and he talked well so I wasn't bored during the procedure; I got it while chatting enjoyably haha. He kindly explained aftercare and such too, and it was super satisfying beyond expectations. I really highly recommend it haha

It was my first wax, going only on Naver reviews, so I was really nervous, but they explained kindly, which was a relief, and they talked to me to ease my tension so it ended well. The wax I got was full-body so it took a long time, but my having a lot of hair contributed to that too. And since they use sugar as the base, it wasn't hot and skin irritation seemed less. There's no itching, but the redness coming up seems unavoidable. Since I've had a lot of hair my whole life it's super unfamiliar, but getting clean looks really good. I hope everyone tries waxing at least once.
