I've been coming here for quite a while, but I'm not going back anymore. First of all, it's expensive, but the care isn't nearly as thorough as the price would suggest. I don't come in regularly over a short period — I only visit when I need to — but every single time I'm charged the first-visit fee, and during the exam they barely explain anything and it's always over in a flash. About a minute? During the exam they just write a prescription, and even that comes with almost no explanation. On top of that, they don't explain the exam and prescription charges in detail, they just charge me, and I've ended up paying for things I never expected more than once. A lot of the charges just don't make sense. If they'd at least explain it I could try to understand, but they just mumble through it and charge me right away. They don't even tell me the amount. Overall it feels unfriendly — in attitude and in explanation, in every way. I've been going because it's close by, but now I'm planning to switch to somewhere else ~ See more
