"I visited because it was cheap, but even after paying extra the treatment effect was insufficient and I was disappointed in customer service and appointment management" - result after even getting a retouch -I visited trusting the expertise of the Gangnam main branch, but was treated by a young doctor rather than the experienced medical staff I expected. -I asked the nurse a question before the treatment but got no answer and was asked to sign the consent form without explanation, which was very unpleasant. -I paid for additional dosage costs that weren't needed in previous Botox treatments. The wrinkle Botox effect was insufficient so I got a paid retouch but it didn't improve. -Though I arrived at the retouch appointment time, I was told to wait 1 hour because of the doctor's meal. -In the end, even after paying extra (added dosage, retouch), I couldn't feel any wrinkle improvement. -It's hard to designate medical staff and young doctors repeatedly perform the treatment, so it felt like I was a training subject

I was generally satisfied with the Aqua Peel treatment and the other coordinators' service! However, during the consultation, Manager Kim's service felt rather uncomfortable.. If there's a treatment they want to recommend, it would be nice to explain it so the customer can fully understand, but I sensed an annoyed, bothered attitude rather than an explanation, which flustered me as the person being consulted.. In particular, service that makes customers feel they have to watch their step definitely needs to be improved. Since the coordinators' service and treatment were satisfying, I hope the consultation process can also be more comfortable and kind~!
