I went based on a friend's recommendation but my impression was really bad. At the first consultation they clearly said it could proceed without anesthesia, and I was told the previous appointments were running late so it would take some time. I figured on a weekday, unless it's a holiday or weekend, waiting 30-40 minutes at most would be fine, but I never expected the wait to be over an hour. And there didn't actually seem to be that many other customers, so I wonder why I even bothered booking? During the consultation they hadn't recommended numbing cream, but I think they applied it because the wait was so long, and it left even my lips feeling numb and swollen. My eyes stung too. In the end the procedure I actually received took only about 15 minutes, nowhere near the wait time. I feel disappointed that I went based on a recommendation for nothing
