I visited after making a reservation in advance, and the staff attended to me kindly so I got the treatment comfortably. The treatment also wasn't as painful as I expected, and overall the clean and cozy atmosphere was nice. I especially liked that it's set up as private rooms so I could get the care privately. I'd like to revisit next time.
