The layering is great, and they cut it as professionally as you'd get in Cheongdam. My hair condition is even better after the perm. I got a design consultation from the director, and she was meticulous and very skilled.
It had been a while since my last perm and my hair was getting frizzy, so I got a slick perm to tidy it up lightly! They cut it carefully and gave good styling advice, so it turned out just the way I liked.
