The worst among all the Juno Hairs in my life. It's like a chaotic market. They cut hair badly, the worst. I'll file a complaint with headquarters.

They did the design consultation really meticulously, which was nice. I said I wanted a style easy to manage day-to-day, and they recommended considering my face shape and hair quality. Even without a blow-dry after the cut, the shape falls naturally, so I'm satisfied. They kept checking if anything was uncomfortable throughout, and the staff are kind, so I got it in a good mood. I plan to revisit next time!
