Location-Based Services Terms

1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Medicaltrip Inc. (the “Company”) and users regarding the location-based services provided through the Seolle platform, pursuant to the Korean Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.

2. Services Provided

• Showing clinics and treatments near your current location
• Distance and route information from your location to partner clinics
• District-based search and recommendations
• Estimated travel time for booking suggestions

3. Consent and Withdrawal

Location data is collected only after you explicitly grant permission through your device’s OS prompt. You may revoke this permission at any time from your device settings, which will disable location-based features but will not affect other services.

4. Retention of Location Data

The Company does not store raw location coordinates after the request is served. Access logs containing location queries are retained for up to 6 months for regulatory compliance, then permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Providers

Location services are provided using device GPS and may rely on Google Maps Platform for geocoding and mapping. These providers process location data under their own privacy terms in addition to ours.

6. Children

For users under 14, the Company will obtain consent from a legal guardian before collecting location information.

7. Liability

In the event of damage caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence in handling location information, the Company shall compensate users in accordance with applicable law.
