When I went, the clinic was big, there's a separate anesthesiologist, and they even do an ECG, which seems good These are 2 photos before surgery and 2 photos after. I had a facelift and a bit of liposuction on the neck As I got older, my jowls (under-eye/cheek bags) sagged and my neck sagged too so I did a lift and it improved a lot, but one side's jowl seems to have been less liposuctioned, which is a pity~ I'm thinking about lower blepharoplasty next time so I'll mention it then

I was nervous even before the surgery, but the staff were so kind that I felt reassured! They also arranged the aftercare schedule well and answered all my questions thoroughly. I'll need to watch the progress after the surgery, but for now I'm very satisfied!

I started with a double eyelid surgery consultation, and they explained things step by step just for me, so I trusted them a lot. Rather than just saying to get double eyelids, they told me my concerns could be solved through epicanthoplasty or other methods even without it, which made me feel like this is actually a good place. I booked right away and got the double eyelid surgery, and the anesthesia wasn't as scary as I expected, and the aftercare was so good that I felt reassured! They kindly answered even when I kept asking questions, so I was really thankful. After coming home, I diligently applied ointment, eye drops, and cold compresses, so I didn't get much bruising, which was great ㅠ I think it's fortunate that I could trust them with this. Is it true that nobody comes even after waiting an hour? So when I tried to leave, they tried to hold me back, seriously;

The building elevator is slow but the doors close fast, so several people got caught in it, and even though the check-in tablet was broken, the staff just kept repeating "please check in on the tablet" without doing anything about it. After check-in, I waited about an hour and a half, way past my reservation time, but no one came looking for me. When I finally met the manager and went into the consultation room, I was told the assigned doctor was in surgery and to wait another 30 minutes. I said I'd hurt my leg and needed to go to another hospital, so I wouldn't do the consultation today. Then the manager said she'd find a doctor who wasn't in surgery and left without even discussing it with me. Since I had no time, I got ready to leave, but they kept holding me back saying they'd finish the consultation in 1 minute, that I should just consult with a different doctor and have the assigned doctor do the surgery; the customer service attitude was the worst, and they really need to improve the reservation and waiting system. If the assigned doctor had surgery at that time, they should have adjusted the schedule when they called to confirm;

The consultation manager, a guy with dark skin named Choi(?), was so off-putting that I hesitated, but since the manager isn't the important part, the doctor is, I went ahead and booked a date anyway. The manager's tone was seriously bad; ; ; Please fix your tone. Doesn't seem cut out for customer service; ; I'd already done a lot of research and wanted to get treated by Dr. Kim Do-yeon, and he explained point by point what materials would be used and how the surgery would be done, which made me trust him. And after the consultation with the director, that manager was punching numbers into a calculator telling me the surgery cost, but I don't know if he can't do math or if the price was changing in "real-time" lol; he'd punch in numbers, say he miscalculated, punch it in again... repeat... repeat... this really killed my trust in the pricing. + The wait was insanely long. I nearly lost it waiting. + + After waiting about 15 minutes with no one showing up, I went out and said something. If you don't speak up, you'll apparently wait forever;
