They're really thorough and do a great job! My hair is very curly, but they straightened it really well and kept the natural curl alive!!
The designer carefully tailors everything from the hairstyle to how I usually wear my hair day to day. For coloring, they do the ends first and the roots later — so meticulous. They even throw in scalp care and massage as a service, and trim your eyebrows too. Truly kind through and through. My hair turned out so pretty, I'm extremely satisfied. There may be people who haven't been, but once you go, you'll definitely become a regular.
