Terms of Service

Last updated: June 26, 2026 · This document was prepared in Korean; other language versions are for reference only.

By using the Seolle service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Seolle service.

1. Your Relationship with Seolle

1.1 These Terms of Service govern your use of 'Seolle – Lifestyle & Experience Booking Platform' (www.seolletrip.com), our mobile applications, and any other online or offline services we provide, including all bookings and transactions made through Seolle (collectively, 'Seolle Services').

1.2 'We', 'us', 'our', or 'Seolle' in these Terms refers to Medicaltrip Inc. (operator of the Seolle brand), represented by Jaehyuk Choi, Business Registration No. 252-86-03621. Unless otherwise stated, Medicaltrip Inc. is the contracting party under these Terms and serves as the primary point of contact for disputes, refunds, cancellations, and customer service. Where a specific product page states otherwise, those terms shall take precedence.

1.3 These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Seolle. You are also bound by additional terms related to our services that may be updated from time to time (including the Privacy Policy and rules for promotions and discount events), all of which carry the same force as these Terms.

1.4 Where required by applicable law or where we deem it necessary, Seolle may amend or update these Terms at any time. Upon any change, we will post the latest version on the Seolle platform (including the mobile app) and indicate the date of update. Your continued use of the service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. However, where a change is materially adverse to members, we will provide prior notice and obtain consent as required by applicable law.

2. Seolle Services

2.1 The Seolle Services allow you to browse and purchase travel experiences, activities, beauty and wellness experiences, aesthetic/medical procedure bookings, craft classes, performances and exhibitions, restaurant reservations, tickets, and other experiential services offered by Seolle or third-party suppliers in a partnership relationship ('Suppliers', e.g., travel and activity operators, dermatology clinics and other medical institutions, beauty, semi-permanent, spa, jjimjilbang, and personal color service providers, craft and class operators, performance and exhibition organizers, restaurants, etc.) through the Seolle platform. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service, or to add or amend individual terms.

2.2 You may be required to pay fees to Suppliers through the Seolle Services and to comply with each Supplier's own terms of service. You agree to bear such costs and to abide by those terms.

2.3 With respect to aesthetic/medical treatments (e.g., dermatology procedures) and beauty and wellness experiences, Seolle acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting you with Suppliers (such as medical institutions) and is not itself a provider of medical services or procedures. Responsibility for the suitability, safety, efficacy, and outcomes of any treatment or procedure lies with the relevant medical institution or Supplier. You must fully disclose your health status to the Supplier prior to any procedure and review all pre-procedure instructions and precautions provided by the Supplier.

2.4 We will make every effort to maintain the Seolle Services and platform in normal operation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from external influences. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to modify, pause, suspend, or terminate the service or platform.

3. Platform Content

3.1 'Platform Content' means all materials displayed or used by us on the Seolle platform, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, data, and program code. All Platform Content is the exclusive property of Seolle or parties who have licensed usage rights to Seolle, and is protected under intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or remove Platform Content at any time.

3.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Seolle platform, which may be revoked without prior notice. Platform Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use, reproduce, translate, transmit, sell, assign, or create derivative works from Platform Content in any manner that would harm Seolle or any authorised licensee.

3.3 Because we may not be able to predict or control the identity or conduct of third-party users who interact with you, we cannot guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of content or information provided by such third parties.

4. Registration and Social Account Login

4.1 To use the Seolle Services you must register for an account or log in via a social account (e.g., Kakao, Naver, Facebook, Google, Apple, LINE, WeChat, etc.) to become a member ('Seolle Member Account'). You must ensure that all registration information you submit is accurate and complete, and you must keep your login credentials and devices secure. If you provide false or erroneous information, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, delete your account. You must not use another person's account to access the service.

4.2 Your Seolle Member Account is for personal use only. You must not share or allow others to use your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and are obligated to keep your password confidential. If you suspect any breach of your account security, please notify us immediately.

4.3 We may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, refuse registration or delete a member account.

5. Terms for User Reviews

5.1 This section applies to user reviews on Seolle ('CRR Service'). In the event of any conflict with the Privacy Policy, this section shall prevail with respect to the CRR Service. By submitting content ('Uploaded Content'), you warrant that you are the sole creator and intellectual property owner of that content, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. If you are a minor, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5.2 You agree not to submit content that is false or misleading, that infringes third-party intellectual property or confidentiality rights, that violates applicable law (including false advertising), that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, that is written in exchange for compensation, that references external contact information, or that contains malware. You agree to indemnify Seolle, to the extent permitted by law, from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from your violations.

5.3 By submitting Uploaded Content, you grant Seolle a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, delete, translate, distribute, or incorporate that content into any media, worldwide. Uploaded Content is normally published within 2 to 4 business days; however, Seolle reserves the right to modify, remove, or decline to publish content that violates our guidelines.

5.4 You bear sole legal responsibility for your Uploaded Content. If you provide an email address alongside your content, Seolle and its third-party service providers may contact you at that address for administrative purposes.

6. Your Undertakings

6.1 You must use the Seolle Services only in accordance with these Terms and are legally responsible for all actions you take. You agree to the following:

  • Use purchased services for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
  • Not plagiarise, copy, distribute, transmit, or broadcast Seolle Services without prior written approval, and not modify or circumvent licensed software or make unauthorised use of our trademarks, designs, photographs, or other materials.
  • Not circumvent or interfere with security measures, or use the service in a manner inconsistent with normal use (including abnormal bulk booking or purchasing followed by cancellation).
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or intrude upon the platform, or gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, systems, or networks.
  • Not harass, insult, or harm others, provide false personal information, impersonate another person, or use unauthorised payment methods.
  • Not collect other users' personal information, engage in unauthorised solicitation, commercial advertising, data harvesting, fraud, abuse of promotions, or other unlawful activities.

7. Order Confirmation and Refund Policy

7.1 You may select and purchase experiential services on the Seolle platform, including travel, activities, beauty, wellness, aesthetic/medical treatments, performances, classes, and dining. Some orders are confirmed immediately; others are subject to confirmation by Seolle or the Supplier. You agree to receive booking notifications via SMS, email, or in-app, and understand that any quoted response times are for reference only.

7.2 Seolle reserves the right to change service prices and fees at any time; your continued use following notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing. We may refuse or cancel bookings or purchases where there is a reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms.

7.3 We are not obliged to process or fulfil an order until payment has been completed using an accepted payment method. Unless otherwise agreed in these Terms or on an individual product page, your statutory rights of withdrawal and refund under applicable law are preserved.

7.4 Where a purchased service is to be provided by a Supplier, that Supplier independently accepts or declines the booking or purchase and bears responsibility for service delivery. If a Supplier cancels an order, Seolle will promptly notify you.

7.5 If you cancel within the stated cancellation deadline, the amount you paid will be refunded using the same payment method. Due to exchange rate fluctuations or processing fees charged by card issuers or payment providers, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment amount.

7.6 Upon completion of a booking, you will receive an electronic proof of purchase ('E-Voucher') confirming your order number and purchase details, which you may print or present via the app. Failure to satisfy applicable restrictions (including valid dates, location requirements, and required documents) may result in your being unable to exchange or obtain a refund. We are not obliged to reissue or replace a lost or stolen E-Voucher or order number.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 You acknowledge that Platform Content may have been provided by Suppliers and that we do not warrant its accuracy. You may not hold us liable for content provided by Suppliers.

8.2 Services involving physical activity (such as travel, hiking, or outdoor activities), aesthetic/medical treatments (such as dermatology procedures), and experiential services (such as spas and jjimjilbang) may carry inherent risks. As an intermediary, Seolle accepts no liability for the medical, procedural, or experiential services themselves, or for their outcomes (including side effects or injuries); such liability rests with the Supplier that directly delivers the service. However, this does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law where direct loss is caused by Seolle's own wilful misconduct or negligence.

8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seolle and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from a breach of these Terms, use of the platform, or negligence. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.4 Where we are liable for damages, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the date on which your claim first arose. Where applicable law affords greater protection, that law shall prevail.

9. Indemnification

9.1 If you or any user of your account violates these Terms or infringes a third party's rights, resulting in a third-party claim for damages, you agree to indemnify Seolle and its officers, employees, and agents against any resulting harm to a reasonable extent, including litigation costs, legal fees, and settlement amounts. This does not apply where a third party has made unauthorised use of your account without any fault on your part, provided you can demonstrate this.

9.2 In the event of such a third-party claim, Seolle may reasonably request your cooperation in defending, settling, or negotiating the matter. Without our prior written consent, you must not take any legal action that could prejudice our rights.

10. Third-Party Websites and Transactions

10.1 The Seolle platform may link to third-party websites or services. You must exercise your own judgment as to whether to access them; we accept no responsibility for their nature, content, products, or information.

10.2 Any transaction between you and a third party accessed via the Seolle platform is solely between you and that third party and does not involve us. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from such transactions.

11. Termination

11.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms continue to apply between you and Seolle until terminated by us. If you violate these Terms or we otherwise deem it necessary, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, terminate or suspend your access to the service, the platform, or your member account.

11.2 Upon termination, we will have no further obligations to you to the extent permitted by law; however, your statutory rights with respect to already-confirmed orders (including refunds) are preserved. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

12. Visas, Insurance, and Prior Disclosure

12.1 For overseas travel products, you are responsible for independently verifying the entry requirements of your destination, regardless of your nationality or destination. Visa and health screening requirements may change without notice; we recommend re-confirming them before departure.

12.2 For the protection of your rights and interests, we recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

12.3 When booking aesthetic/medical treatments (such as dermatology procedures), spas, jjimjilbang, semi-permanent procedures, diving, or other body-related experiences, you must truthfully disclose to the Supplier your health status, pre-existing conditions, allergies, pregnancy, and any other relevant information prior to the treatment or experience, and must comply with the Supplier's pre-procedure instructions and precautions. You may bear responsibility for any adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete disclosure.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between you and us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act at first instance, provided that mandatory provisions of consumer protection law regarding jurisdiction shall apply as required.

14. General Provisions

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 We may assign or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party. Without our prior written consent, you may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.

14.3 These Terms were prepared in Korean; translations into other languages are for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency, the Korean version shall prevail.
