Rather than rushing through the waxing, they watched my skin's reaction as they went, which made me trust them. They gave plenty of soothing care at the end, and the spa treatment was gentle and non-irritating, so it was fine even though my skin is on the sensitive side. There was almost no stinging the next day, and my skin was smooth — I loved it.
