Overall it was a very comfortable and reassuring medical aesthetic experience. From the initial reception and consultation, everything felt very professional, and the explanations were clear and patient. The director's pre-treatment assessment and communication were also very thorough, never making me feel rushed or pushed to buy. Throughout the treatment process the nurses were also attentive to every small detail, making me feel how much they valued service quality. This time I got Fenix (RF) here, and while the price wasn't dramatically cheaper than Taiwan, the overall professionalism, process, and service details felt more advanced than my past experience in Taiwan. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and if I need medical aesthetic treatments again, I'd be willing to come back given the chance. Highly recommend to those who value professionalism, service, and attention to detail.

This was my first time trying medical aesthetics in Korea. This time I got American Ultherapy, hyaluronic acid fillers, and a July discount laser package — it cost quite a bit but felt worth it. The environment was great and transportation was convenient. The consultant was very patient and gave lots of practical advice. The director performed the treatment personally, and although it hurt, I felt reassured! I'll come again next time 🥰

For my first-ever medical aesthetic treatment, I chose Haeundae Gray's because of the convenient location. After briefly checking Instagram, I decided on this place. For Taiwanese people, booking via LINE is very convenient, and you can also ask about prices for the treatments you want in advance. Taking the elevator up to the 10th floor, the waiting area is spacious and very comfortable. The magazines on the tables also felt tasteful! Having a consultant who speaks Chinese was really reassuring 🩵 She accompanied me the whole time during the consultation with the director too, and was very gentle without any hard selling. Since it was my first time and I was scared of pain, the consultant even specifically asked the numbing cream staff to apply it a bit longer for me 🥹 This time I got water glow injections (byryzn) and masseter Botox, done personally by the director. It wasn't completely painless, but it finished faster than expected, and I felt it was within a bearable range! (They also offer breathing anesthesia if you're really scared, but the consultant said it wouldn't take long, so I decided to just bear with it) The makeup-removal area before the procedure was also beautiful, and afterward they provided a moisturizing sheet mask. Anyway, my first experience was really great, and I sincerely recommend it 💖💖💖
