I was worried since it was my first time getting Ulthera, but it was better than I expected. After a few days, I can really feel the difference in my jawline~~~~

The clinic was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff kindly explained the post-treatment care methods.

I got Onda lifting and the clinic was clean and the staff were friendly, so I was comfortable during the treatment. They were also thorough in explaining the aftercare instructions.

It was my first time getting Rejuran Healer and they explained everything in detail so I felt at ease. The overall hospital atmosphere was also clean.

The staff explained everything one by one so I could relax during the treatment. The service was especially good.

I got Botox on my jaw. They showed me the product before injection, everyone was friendly, and the doctor was very thorough. I'm really satisfied!

I used a prepaid voucher for a year and it was fine, but today after making an additional payment, there were so many disappointing things. 1. The payment amount was wrong. It was 90,000 won more than it should have been. The reason was they added my remaining voucher balance to the amount I needed to pay instead of subtracting it. 2. No proper handoff between staff. I talked to the desk manager about the calculation error and it was confirmed, but when I was leaving they didn't process the corrected payment, so I had to bring it up again. 3. The consultation manager also wasn't informed correctly and told me the calculation was right. Only after I explained the +/- error in the detailed calculation did they go "oh, that's wrong" and redo the payment. 4. Throughout this entire process, not a single word of apology (no "sorry" or "we made a mistake")!!! 5. During the treatment, staff kept failing to hand off to each other so the process stalled, and a simple face pack took over 40 minutes. Disappointing.
