An old guy who is running the shop. Its very old school. For 20,000 Korean Won(£10),he gave a haircut, a bear trim and a wash. Dont expect anything fancy. Its basic but does the job. Obviously there were language issues but if you have a photo of what your haircut should look like, then it was pretty easy.
The owner is so kind, and has been running this business here for over 40 years. The important thing is that he's great with men's hair. After cutting everything and washing, he trims it once more. The prices are good too, so I keep coming back.
