Enter through the City Airport Tower (Coffee Bean building) entrance and take the elevator down to B2. If you have trouble finding us, please call the salon. No-shows or last-minute cancellations right before your appointment take away from the designer's valuable time. Treatments (perm, color) generally take 2 hours or more, so reservations are available up to 7:00 PM. For treatment inquiries after that time, please call the salon. 2. If your reservation conflicts with one made by phone to the salon, please understand that we may need to contact you in advance to reschedule. [Notice] *If you parked in the designated area, please tell our front desk your license plate number when paying. ****We're unable to cover parking fees (parking tickets) for other parking-management zones such as City Airport Terminal or Coex Mall.**** *When entering, please park in a supported parking area (City Airport Tower or Oakwood Hotel). *On weekends, the parking lot can be crowded, so parking may take some time. *For treatments such as perm or color, we recommend using public transportation if possible.
