- You can check how to book your first visit via Kakao Channel or Instagram :) Since we're not always open, we'll announce it on Instagram whenever we open. - Naver Reservation status is not reflected in real time. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a Naver Reservation confirmation notice. Otherwise, it's still pending. For reservation inquiries, please contact 010-8424-3485 or our Kakao Channel. - Elcre can confirm bookings within a maximum of one week during business hours. It may take longer depending on the schedule. - Bookings are confirmed in the order received. Because we also take bookings through channels other than Naver (phone, KakaoTalk channel), your reservation time may shift or slots may close early. - Designer assignment for any program, and any related designation fee, may change depending on the situation. - Same-day cancellations and same-day rescheduling are not allowed. If you cancel or change on the day of your appointment 3 or more times, you will no longer be able to book. -For all bookings, if you cancel and want a refund, 10% will be deducted from the booked program price before the refund. If you change or cancel from 3 days before your appointment date, 40% will be deducted. If you change or cancel on the day of your appointment, 100% will be deducted — thank you for your understanding. If you cancel through Naver, it's difficult to confirm in real time, so please be sure to contact the shop directly for it to be reflected. For better service, please book and change your reservation carefully :) - Booking changes and cancellations are possible up until 4 days before your appointment.
